What Therapy Is About:
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you - you were never broken in the first place. It’s about understanding yourself on a deeper level, making sense of your past, and learning how to show up for yourself in ways you may have never been shown how to before.
Therapy is a space where you can untangle the anxiety, self-doubt, and patterns that have been running in the background for years. It’s a place to be curious about why you think, feel, and react the way you do—not to judge yourself, but to gain clarity and self-compassion.
What We'll Do:
You'll come in with your honesty, vulnerability, and curiosity, and I'll come in with my compassion, eye for detail, and knack for making connections you never saw coming.
You'll allow me the opportunity to get to know you, where you've come from, and where your heart yearns to be but hasn't gotten to yet.
As time goes on, you'll start to wonder how it's possible that I know you better than you thought you knew yourself.
And little by little, you'll understand more. You'll uncover more. You'll change.
Things will start to click, your patterns will start to change, and you'll realize that the weight of the anxiety you were holding on to was so much heavier than you'd even realized it was because now?
